As part of an ongoing program of continual product assessment, we have identified a potential safety concern relating to the buckle used in the production of a small batch of car seats manufactured between September 2019 and June 2020 as shown. Unfortunately, the manufacture of some of the buckles did not reach the exacting standards set by our quality and safety protocol and contain components that can potentially become defective.

Batch Numbers Affected

The batch number is split into week / year. Only the following range of
batches are affected:

From 37/2019
to 24/2020 (inclusive)

All car seats from later batches are not affected

We are taking the voluntary action of offering a replacement buckle to all customers who have purchased a product from any of the affected batches.

We kindly ask that you to take time to carefully read the Safety Notice to check if you're affected.
