Just cut two pieces of cardboard into arches like a rainbow. Then paint the colours of the rainbow on each side. Remember the rhyme? Let it dry then attach two pieces of ribbon to the top of the rainbows, joining them together so they can sit on your littl’un’s shoulders. There you have it, a sandwich board rainbow costume. As if by magic…
